Great car wash with excellent service! Our truck looked fantastic, and the whole process was quick and easy. A special shoutout to Steven for being so friendly, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

Went this morning to get a full service car wash and what a great experience. Ronnie was one of the people drying my car. When it was done he walked me around the car and redid some of the spots I noticed. He was so polite and took pride in his work. Didn't want me to leave until I was 100% satisfied. When I got home I called and spoke to the Manager Mike to let him know what a nice experience I had. He was really nice as well. Sounds like they really appreciate their employees which was nice to hear. I would highly recommend this location.

I want to give a great review to Chuy at Jackson’s for the work they did on my Nissan Rogue. Chuy did an excellent job and the quality of the work was outstanding. Everything was handled professionally, and my vehicle looks great. You can really tell they take pride in what they do and pay attention to detail. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Chuy and the team at Jackson’s to anyone a great window tint job.

I recently had a full interior and exterior detail done on my Pilot, and overall, the work looked great. However, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. As a long-term customer of Jackson’s, I trusted them with my vehicle. After the detail, I noticed damage in a couple of areas. When I brought it to their attention, there didn’t seem to be much acknowledgment or remorse, and they refused to take responsibility. While they’re great guys otherwise, this experience felt like poor customer service. What bothered me most was instead of resolving the issue, I was offered additional services, which didn’t feel appropriate given the situation. On top of that, one section of the vehicle was still left unclean, even after they kept it an extra day.

Give me like another great car wash by Jaxon’s and some car washes. I’m walking around pointing things out to them and they got it all and even asked me to check and make sure willing to do anything more that I might need, but it was already a five star Job! Spencer Patrick and PJ create an amazing team for you with everything you need when it comes to auto detailing! I live all the way out in Santan Valley, and it’s worth the drive!
